Waldo founded Cape Electric Tattoo 13 years ago, and has been tattooing at this location ever since, making it his home away from home.

Waldo is a versatile tattoo artist with a strong foundation in Western Traditional tattooing. Every year, he travels to visit with friends around the world, frequently visiting NYC, Austin, and San Francisco. 

Cape Electric Tattoo also hosts some of the best international guest tattooers from all over the world.

When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find Waldo exploring the outdoors or surfing with his two sons.
